Ascend Mountaineering's ethos is to "develop mental resilience through the upland environments". As Military Veterans and Adventurous Training Instructors, we have witnessed first hand the powerful impact mountaineering can have on mental strength. They empower a person to deliver transformational leadership to their team, while potentially dealing with their own fears. Transformational leadership is a critical enabler to success, both in the Military and in industry.

Aside from delivering packages to develop leadership & resilience, We also provide instructional courses and bespoke packages to groups & individuals. Whether for business development, technical instruction or personal mental wellbeing, the mountains are there for the taking.

Here are some examples, by no means exhaustive, of what we can offer:
- Teambuilding, leadership & resilience packages for corporate business.
- Guided ascents of Tryfan; Often touted to be the only mountain in the UK you cannot "walk" up.

Veteran Owned
Our team is comprised of Armed Forces Veterans. Having deployed operationally in a variety of challenging environments, we are well positioned to provide resilience & leadership development packages for individuals, groups & business.

Aside from primary duties, our team were qualified Adventurous Training Instructors, meaning they led teams of Soldiers in challenging mountainous environments - Our goal is to bring this method of instruction to all.
